Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT industry and/or in ERP, CRM, HR (payroll and HR), or banking system implementations.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under time pressure.
Proactive approach and the ability to make independent decisions.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2, PMI) will be an additional asset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira).
Your responsibilities
Planning, managing, and coordinating system implementation projects.
Developing project schedules, defining milestones, and overseeing their execution.
Managing project budgets, monitoring costs, and optimizing expenditures.
Coordinating the work of internal teams and collaborating with external technology providers.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions.
Preparing project reports and regularly informing management about progress.
Organizing and conducting project meetings, workshops, and user training sessions.
Overseeing system testing, resolving issues, and preparing for production deployment.
Supporting data migration and system integration processes.
Ensuring project compliance with applicable legal regulations and internal policies.
