Our requirements

• You have experience in a similar role, working with IT systems and infrastructure
• You have a proven track record in providing 1st and 2nd Level Support for shop POS infrastructure, applications, and software
• You are open to testing and implementing new technologies and products
• You demonstrate curiosity and initiative in understanding system interdependencies and identifying root causes of incidents
• You are proficient in both English and Polish, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• You possess solid overall IT capabilities, including hands-on experience with POS systems such as LUCAS, Buetema Inventory, SAP, and other relevant tools

Your responsibilities

• Support all phases of the CEGID system rollout, including testing, training, pilot, go-live, and post-launch support
• Provide technical support for both the CEGID system and store IT infrastructure (network, card terminals, scanners, printers, etc.)
• Set up store IT environments and configure user/store profiles in the CEGID system for each location
• Deliver on-site and remote support during and after the system go-live
• Configure and maintain the CEGID promotional and discount engine to ensure accurate setup, reporting, and a smooth checkout experience
• Handle ongoing store IT support and coordinate with vendors and internal resolver groups (CEGID, MSPOS, CS)
• Manage POS systems and infrastructure across the EAST & NX region (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Denmark, Sweden, Norway)
• Oversee hardware/software deployment, updates, maintenance, helpdesk support, and staff training for store systems
