Our requirements

• · Hands on experience managing storage, backup and compute infrastructure
• · Good understanding of networking and security technologies
• · Experience with monitoring systems
• · Knowledge or experience with scripting and programming languages; bash, powershell, python, perl, and RESTful API
• · Very good English language skills
• · Proven ability in troubleshooting, problem solving and incident management
• · Flexible to working hours (providing some overlap between PL and US hours, preferably US hours)

Your responsibilities

• · Incident management and fault resolution with Service Level Agreements
• · The build, support and maintenance of IT solutions for on premise, hybrid and cloud infrastructure
• · Maintain security, backup and alerting
• · Adhere to change management and security controls
• · Liaise with vendors, other teams and customers for problem resolution
• · Increase efficiency through automation using scripting and orchestration
• · Provide new and maintain operational documentation
• · Provide some on-call support (1 week every few weeks)
