Operational user support & continuous improvement process:
Creation and moderation of ticketing process (e.g., error reports, access requests) Create and lead our application requirement management Execution of daily system checks in both test and production environments, including creation of test offers Implement methodologies and policies to optimize workflows and reduce waste Facilitate process mapping and documentation to standardize best practices Collaborate with IT and external consultants to implement new functionalities (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, CPQ) Collaborate closely with Marketing and Service teams to ensure seamless workflows and usability in SFDC
User Enablement & Communication:
Participation in regular alignment meetings with regional back offices Close collaboration with users to identify needs early and provide targeted support Training of users, including follow-up communication and documentation Maintenance of user manuals Creation and maintenance of reports/dashboards across applications
