Our requirements

• Solid experience in IT systems testing, especially User Acceptance Testing (UAT) or end-to-end system validation
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with modern test management tools and methodologies
• Experience working in international, multi-vendor or matrix organizations
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following: Polish, Italian, Spanish, or Romanian
• Willingness to travel within Europe, as needed

Your responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise - wide quality assurance, standards and frameworks
• Lead and coordinate the release and testing process, ensuring efficient planning and execution
• Coordinate the planning, execution, and reporting of system acceptance tests in your assigned country
• Work with local IT and business stakeholders to define test tactics, scenarios and success criteria
• Supervise the work of external testing partners and ensure alignment with overall program milestones
• Monitor progress of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system integration testing, and end-to-end business validation
• Identify and escalate defects, risks, or delays in release and testing timelines, provide mitigation plan minimizing impact on business continuity
• Collaborate with central transformation teams to ensure release & test activities follow methodology and quality standards
• Ensure proper documentation of results and support go/no-go decisions
• B Act as the main point of contact for local release and testing coordinators
