Our requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science, business administration, or equivalent educational or professional experience and qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the delivery of SAP projects (fixed price projects as well as providing managed services, particularly in the implementation and support of the SAP system)
• Competency confirmed by certificates (PRINCE/PMP/ITIL/SAP ACTIVATE)
• Ability to drive teams to have motivation and passion for complex and difficult presales and delivery processes
• Can-do attitude, natural passion, and ability to establish good, positive relationships with people
• Full English language proficiency
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required

Your responsibilities

• Managing project portfolio according to the company’s standards, PMO methodology, and best professional practices
• Monitoring project progress and proactively identifying risks
• Managing complex SAP projects or project portfolios
• Ensuring the completeness and quality of project documentation
• Developing client/subcontractor/vendor relationships during the presales and delivery processes
• Conducting training, workshops, and presentations for Sii audiences and clients
• Participating in conferences or other events to promote the Sii’s project management maturity and potential
