You will collaborate closely with team members in Norway and Poland, focusing on developing new features, managing integrations, and supporting end users.YOU WILLAnalyze and document business requirementsConfigure and develop business processes within SalesforceSupport integration with third-party tools via APIsAssist in testing and ensure the quality of Salesforce implementationsManage deployments to ensure smooth releasesProvide Salesforce-related support and user trainingCreate and maintain documentation of processes and configurations

MUST HAVE3–5 years of experience in Salesforce administration and development (Sales & Service Cloud)Solid understanding of Salesforce best practices and core functionalitiesHands-on experience with Flows and API integrationsStrong English communication skills (written and spoken)Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a small teamNICE TO HAVESalesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Platform App Builder)Experience working in an international environmentFamiliarity with Salesforce deployment and testing tools
