Join our dynamic EMEA Support Services team and play a key role in managing and optimizing contract processes for some of the world’s leading support service operations.YOU WILLManage and maintain the contract renewal tracker – daily/weekly updates and monthly summaries for service leaders.Oversee Install Base administration for service systems and contractsCoordinate the handover process – collecting documentation and setting up Site IDsCreate and maintain Tableau dashboards and ad hoc reportingDeliver business intelligence insights for services and contracts – supporting new reporting requests and ongoing data needsSupport system upgrades – ensuring all data in IB, Remedy, and service contract systems are accurate and up-to-dateAct as a liaison between Customer Success Managers, Finance, Field Service, Order Management, and Tech Support teamsManage third-party contract renewals and operational support for external service partnersContribute to onboarding and training of new team membersCommunicate regularly with EMEA teams throughout the contract lifecycle.

Kogo poszukujemy? MUST HAVEBachelor’s degree in Finance, Administration, Business, or a related fieldAt least 2 years of experience in contract administration, order management, customer care, or a similar fieldExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindsetVery good knowledge of MS Excel and Google WorkspaceExperience working with Oracle-based systemsGreat time management and the ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.NICE TO HAVEExperience working with Tableau or other BI toolsBackground in reporting, data analysis, or service operations in an international environment.
