About the Role We are seeking a Senior Power Platform Engineer with a strong focus on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and integration across Power Automate, Power Automate Desktop, and the broader Microsoft Power Platform stack. You will design, develop, and support intelligent automation solutions that streamline and enhance business operations. This is a hands-on technical role suited for someone passionate about automation, integration, and enabling business efficiency at scale. Responsibilities: Design and implement advanced Power Automate Cloud and Power Automate Desktop (RPA) solutions. Lead the development and governance of automated workflows across departments. Integrate Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power BI, Dataverse) for end-to-end business automation. Extend Power Automate capabilities with custom connectors, APIs, and scripting when needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and translate them into scalable solutions. Act as a technical mentor and SME for RPA within the Power Platform team. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation flows and scripts.

Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including RPA with Power Automate Desktop. Proven record in developing and deploying end-to-end automation solutions. Strong understanding of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power BI integration. Experience in designing reusable components and frameworks for automation. Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Microsoft PL-500, PL-600 certifications (or willingness to obtain) are a plus. Key Skills and Competencies: Power Automate Workflow Design: Advanced skills in building robust, scalable flows across the Microsoft ecosystem. PowerAutomate Desktop (RPA): Deep expertise in developing desktop automation solutions using best practices. Extending PowerAutomate: Experience with APIs, scripting, and connectors to enhance flow functionality. Dataverse Modeling: Ability to structure business data effectively for automation and apps. Power Apps Development: Proficient in canvas and model-driven apps to support automation workflows. Integration Experience: Embedding Power BI, integrating with other systems like SharePoint, Azure, and external APIs. Governance & Best Practices: Adheres to best practices in solution design, deployment, and maintenance.
