Kogo poszukujemy? Requirements:8+ years in IT, including 5+ years with ServiceNowKnowledge of ITIL and ITSM best practicesExperience managing teams and projectsHands-on experience with system integrations and APIsStrong analytical and communication skillsTechnical degree in Computer Science or related fieldITIL or ServiceNow certifications are a plus
