Job Description:As our Expert Automation Test Engineer you will architect and evolve the test-automation framework that underpins our mission-critical payment platforms.Key responsibilities:Test-automation architecture & planning – define the long-term automation roadmap, tooling and best practicesEnd-to-end test lifecycle – perform test analysis, design high-value test cases, implement scripts in Python/Robot Framework, execute suites and report resultsFramework development – extend and maintain reusable libraries, pipelines and integrations with Jenkins and test-management toolsRoot-cause analysis – investigate failures, trace defects across multiple components and collaborate with development teams to drive fixesStakeholder communication – present test strategies, coverage and risk assessments to product owners, architects and business leadersYou will split your time between our Gdańsk office (two days per week for team workshops, white-boarding and hardware-in-the-loop testing) and remote work for focused development, analysis and reporting tasks.
