RequirementsIdeally you have:Expert understanding of data modeling, data warehousing principles, and distributed data systemsStrong programming skills in Python (or Scala/Java), with clean coding and reusable design patternsDeep experience with SQL performance tuning and optimizationProven track record of leading data engineering teams or playing a senior/architectural roleProficiency in modern ETL/ELT orchestration frameworks (e.g., Airflow, dbt, AWS Glue)Strong experience with cloud platforms (preferably AWS) and their native data servicesHands-on experience with big data tools such as Apache Spark, Kafka, etc.Understanding data governance, quality frameworks, and secure data handlingExperience in CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and DevOps practices for data solutionsExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsComfortable in Agile environments and experienced cross-team collaborationUpper-intermediate English or aboveNice to have:Data Visualization: PowerBI, QuickSight
