Responsibilities:This position is responsible for the design, deployment and troubleshooting of Enterprise IT systems and solutions. Lead the delivery of IT projects within the organization.Help develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans.Develop sophisticated system standards and recommend improvements to enhance performance.Define and document best practices and support procedures.Assist with hardware, software, and vendor evaluation.Perform research, troubleshoot, and provide resolution to complex issues for newSystem technologies, on prem and cloud-based, in physical and virtual deployments.Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.Interact with staff and other peer groups at the technical level, as required.Other duties as assigned.On-call duty once a week every two months

Kogo poszukujemy? Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or related area); an advanced degree is preferred. 5 years of related experience is required. Microsoft Certifications (MCSE) or equivalent certification in relevant programs desired. General knowledge of Windows Server (2008 – 2019). General knowledge of Microsoft Application Servers and technologies. Microsoft modern management experience. A solid understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts. General knowledge about Group Policy design and configuration. General knowledge about Microsoft 365/Office 365/ Azure/ Intune expertise (MS Cloud) with all services required. Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automation tasks. A good understanding of core networking, operating systems and troubleshooting concepts. General knowledge about Active Directory/LDAP user and group administration services. Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V. Strong communication and documentation skills. Flexible and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment. Must be organized and have the ability to manage projects of varying length. Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
