Czym będziesz się zajmować? We are looking for an experienced Senior Automation Tester with a strong background in ETL and Data Warehouse testing to join our team. You will play a key role in validating data transformations, ensuring data quality, and supporting automation initiatives within our projects.In this role, you will:Perform functional and system testing for data-centric solutions, focusing on ETL processes and data lineage.Design and execute test scenarios with comprehensive coverage, identifying the required test data.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in a SAFe agile environment to improve testing strategies and solutions.Carry out manual ETL testing based on functional and technical specifications.Define and implement automation solutions for data quality checks and technical enhancements, choosing appropriate tools and frameworks (e.g., Python, Pandas, Robot Framework).Conduct feasibility studies for automation, refine requirements, and ensure solutions meet business and technical needs.Review peers’ automation code, provide feedback, and sign off on enhancements.Coordinate with both IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and quality standards are met.

Kogo poszukujemy? Must-have experience and skills:At least 7+ years in QA and testing, with 5+ years focused on test automation for Databases, Data Warehousing, and ETL.Proven background in the banking or financial domain (Credit Risk experience is a plus).Strong knowledge of ETL/Data Warehouse/Data Migration testing and SQL joins.Hands-on experience with the Hadoop ecosystem (Hive, HDFS).Familiarity with Slowly Changing Dimensions (SCD).Proficiency in test automation frameworks (preferably Robot Framework).Strong Python scripting skills.Experience with Git and version control workflows.Practical knowledge of Jenkins for CI/CD.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.
