Czym będziesz się zajmować? Quality Management DivisionThe QM division has 2 streams (QA and SDET), which gives the opportunity to grow both technically and as a manager. There’s a possibility to switch from manual testing to automatization, with the help of almost 200 experienced colleagues. We work with various domains: transportation, travel, fashion, finance etc.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the development of test plans and strategies for software applications, including creating test cases and scenarios, and identifying areas of the application that require more testingExecute manual tests, document test results, and work with developers to resolve defectsWork with cross-functional teams to ensure that software applications meet or exceed quality standards, and ensure that software is delivered on time and within budgetReport defects and issues found during testing, and work with developers to ensure that they are resolvedAnalyze test results, identify patterns and trends, and provide insights to development teams to help improve software qualityCommunicate technical issues and testing progress to stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and product ownersParticipation in estimation of testing efforts

Kogo poszukujemy? Ideally you have:At least 2 years of QA experienceSolid understanding of QA processAbility to design effective and efficient test cases and test scenarios for complex software applicationsAbility to identify and prioritize testing activities based on risk analysisAbility to contribute to the development of a comprehensive test strategy for the software applicationAbility to identify and suggest process improvements to streamline testing, improve test coverage, and increase testing efficiencyWillingness to continuously learn new technologies, testing tools, and testing methodologies to stay up-to-date with industry standards and best practicesGood analytical skillsKnowledge and skills to work in agile environmentKnowledge of various software testing techniques and methods, as well as experience applying themB2 and higher level of both spoken and written EnglishNice to have:Experience working with programming languages and tools commonly used in software developmentKnowledge of automated testing toolsExperience with performance testing tools Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and deployment processFamiliarity with test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or other Experience working with the popular cloud providers
