We are looking for a Senior PM for our Commerce (Retail) vertical.Salary ranges:PLN 12 000 - 19 000 monthly gross (Contract of employment).PLN 14 400 - 22 800 monthly before tax (Long-term contract (B2B)) + 20 paid days off.What are Senior Project Manager’s duties?Managing the budget, scope, and timeline and reporting development progress to the stakeholders.Working directly with external clients - building long-term relationships, managing expectations, and having a business-oriented approach.Coordinating the development of design and software solutions, taking ownership of the overall project success with the support of a team and according to best practices learnt during the onboarding period.Motivating, supporting and guiding the project team.Creating or facilitating creation of user stories, MVPs, and other lean documentation when necessary.Looking for improvements and questioning the status quo.Being ready to face unpredictable situations and come up with the best solutions.

Kogo poszukujemy? RequirementsApply if you:Have an in-depth knowledge and broad experience (at least 4 years) in managing diverse agile IT projects.Are well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and project management tools - Jira, Pivotal Tracker or other.Have experience in continually monitoring and improving delivery quality against best software development practices.Have experience in presales activities, are able to uncover the needs and constraints of a future client and craft a compelling offer.Easily understand clients’ needs in various business models and have experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions.Have a proper technical knowledge allowing smooth communication with developers, product designers and QA specialists.Have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Polish (C1+).It would be a plus if you:Had a Product Owner experience.Had mentored and managed less experienced Project Managers.Were experienced in running courses/workshops/presentations.Had experience in risk management and creating reports.
