Proven experience as a Senior Architect or similar role in software developmentStrong expertise in technologies such as AWS, Ruby on Rails, GoLang, React, Kubernetes, Kafka, etc.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related fieldExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to make high-level design choices and enforce technical standardsProficiency in English, with the ability to understand technical documentationExperience visualizing software architecture using C4 Model, UML, or ArchiMateWillingness to work from the Warsaw office 3 days a week
