Czym będziesz się zajmować? We are currently supporting a leading international client in building an advanced, cloud-based contact center platform using AWS Connect and AI/ML technologies. We are looking for experienced professionals to join an innovative project aimed at revolutionizing customer communication in a secure and scalable AWS environment.Develop and maintain AWS Connect contact flowsIntegrate with Lex and other conversational AI toolsAutomate infrastructure using TerraformCollaborate with cloud architects and DevOps teamsDesign and implement NLP and speech recognition features using AWS toolsSupport integration with AWS ConnectOptimize performance of AI/ML services in production environmentsDevelop call routing and queuing logic in Amazon ConnectIntegrate IVR/VoIP systemsAutomate infrastructure deployment using Terraform

Kogo poszukujemy? Proven experience with AWS cloud services and TerraformHands-on experience with Amazon ConnectKnowledge of contact flows, Lex, and QinConnectExperience with AWS NLP and speech services (e.g., Amazon Transcribe, Comprehend)Strong background in AI/ML within the AWS ecosystemFamiliarity with Terraform and AWS Connect is a plusPractical experience with AWS ConnectKnowledge of IVR/VoIP systemsExperience with call routing, queue management, and TerraformStrong experience in AWS cloud architecture designExpertise in AWS Connect, IVR, VoIPFamiliarity with AWS NLP/AI/ML toolsDevOps experience (both organizational and tooling aspects)
