We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Rollout Experts in the following specialization areas:FinanceSales & Supply Chain Management (SCM)HCM & PayrollAs a Rollout Expert, you will play a key role in deploying D365 across European entities. You will work closely with local and central teams, ensuring proper system configuration, localization compliance, testing, and post-go-live support.Specialization - D365 Finance:Implement core D365 Finance functionality (AP, AR, GL, FA)Handle tax logic (VAT, Intrastat, statutory reporting)Manage fixed assets, month-end/year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with local financial regulations and reporting requirementsSpecialization - D365 Sales & SCM:Configure and optimize purchasing, warehouse, and sales processesManage contracts, production planning, and supply chain operationsSupport stock and inventory planningSpecialization - D365 HCM & Payroll:Configure and roll out D365 HR/Payroll modulesEnsure local payroll compliance and country-specific HR settingsIntegrate with banks (SEPA), time-tracking systems, and expense management toolsSupport development and maintenance of local HCM policies

Kogo poszukujemy? Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant in your area of focusHands-on experience in D365 implementations or rollouts (preferably international projects)Solid understanding of business processes and legal/localization needs in one or more European countriesStrong system analysis and configuration skillsFluent in English (B2/C1); other European languages are a plusAbility to work in a multicultural, multi-team environmentNice to have: Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-310, MB-330, MB-500); Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies; Familiarity with Azure DevOps, LCS, Power BI
