Requirements:Proven experience in video editing and post-production (Premiere Pro, After Effects, basic motion design, color correction).Strong storytelling skills with the ability to adapt content to various platforms and audiences.Audio editing proficiency (Audition, syncing audio/video, music and SFX selection).Team-oriented mindset with openness to feedback and process optimization.Awareness of current video trends and interest in AI tools (e.g., Runway, Descript).Fluent English; basic German reading skills are a plus.Bonus: On-set experience and familiarity with camera equipment.
