What will you do?Collaborating with Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to align deliveries with overall strategyLeading requirements gathering (workshops, interviews, shadowing) and documentation (business requirements, catalogues)Supporting customer journeys and product functionality analysis to provide recommendationsLiaising with Solution Architects and IT for technical analysisTranslating business requirements/user stories into solution designs with technology and business teamsCoordinating and tracking testing outcomesOverseeing delivery from requirements gathering to deploymentManaging stakeholder and senior management relationships across markets and GBGFsContributing to Change Management, fostering BA skill development and driving practice adoption across the community
