Kogo poszukujemy? 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow implementation or architectureServiceNow CAD or CIS certification is a must-haveA proven track record of leading project activities as a Lead Developer, Delivery Manager, or ArchitectDeep understanding of ServiceNow architecture and a knack for mentoring technical teamsExtensive knowledge of various ServiceNow modules and custom developmentProficiency in discovery, automation, compliance-driven infrastructure solutions, and multi-source data integrationsThe ability to translate complex business needs into elegant, pragmatic solution designsSolid grasp of enterprise application architecture, ITIL, and Agile methodologiesEnglish B2+ level (for collaborating with team / external partners) Nice to have:Proficiency in German or other European languagesA university degree in technology or a related field
