One of the world’s largest banks is looking for Business Data Analyst for Cracow’s team!Business Analysts are responsible for researching operations and business processes with a view to providing recommendations supported by informative analysis. They then ensure their backlog of requirements and analysis feed into Projects and Programs successfully.What will you do?Working closely with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of their deliveriesLeading requirements elicitation (via workshops, interviews, shadowing etc.) and documentation (via business requirements and catalogues)Enabling production of customer journeys and product functionality in order to produce valuable recommendationsClose liaison with Solution Architects and IT partners to support technical analysisSupporting the design phase including the translation of business requirements / user stories to solution design with both technology and business teamsProviding testing support (co-ordinating and tracking outcomes)Assuring delivery through the entire project lifecycle from collation of user requirements through to deploymentManaging stakeholder and senior management relationships across different marketsContributes to the Change Management practice

SkillsExceptional understanding of Data controls is very desirable Excellent knowledge of financial institutionsStrong process analysis & mapping skills with proven success within large and complex global projects in a change environment is paramount.
