About the RoleOn behalf of our client – a well-established player in the FinTech industry – we are currently looking for a Senior React Native Consultant to join a greenfield project focused on building a brand-new mobile savings application.Location: remote within PolandStart Date: preferable ASAP (we’re also open to candidates available from August)Contract Type: B2BRate: 185–200 PLN/h net + VATProject duration: To be confirmedIndustry: FinTechYour responsibilitiesDefine and deliver the MVP version of the app (onboarding, account management, transfers) together with the Tech Lead Take ownership of architectural decisions, development processes, and mobile security best practices Collaborate with product managers and designers to ensure smooth, user-centric delivery Set up CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks Build with scalability in mind to support future features like open banking integration, savings forecasting, and live chat 

Kogo poszukujemy? Requirements description6+ years of experience developing mobile applications using React Native  Proven track record of publishing apps to both the App Store and Google Play (ideally with experience automating release processes) Solid knowledge of native integrations, Turbo/Native modules, and working with native SDKs Experience with mobile security, device hardening, and real-time communication features Familiarity with test automation and QA practices Hands-on experience with native iOS and Android development  Fluency in English (spoken and written) Strong client-facing and leadership skills
