Sweatband EU, part of the Dyaco International Inc group of companies and one of the UK’s largest online sports and fitness retailers, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to support our growing European operations. We’re an energetic and ambitious team with a strong e-commerce presence and a passion for delivering great customer experience.

You’ll be working primarily on cardiofitness.de – one of the leading online destinations for premium cardio and fitness equipment in the German market.

We’re looking for someone with a solid foundation in digital marketing who wants to grow, take ownership of campaigns, and help us scale our marketing efforts, especially on the German-speaking markets. You don’t have to know everything – we’ll support your development – but you should have a very good command of German, communicative English, and experience in B2C e-commerce marketing.

Your Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, social media, and paid channels

• Create and localise marketing content in German

• Support newsletter planning, execution, and performance tracking

• Monitor key metrics and report on campaign performance

• Coordinate customer review collection and online reputation management

• Collaborate with the broader marketing and e-commerce teams

Our Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing, ideally in B2C e-commerce

• Fluency in written and spoken German (C1 or higher)

• Communicative English (B2+)

• Practical knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and performance reporting

• Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and SEO basics

• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn

Nice to Have

• Experience with Shopify or Klaviyo (or similar platforms)

• Familiarity with online reviews and reputation management tools
