Ready to lead a team on a global tech project? We’re looking for a German-speaking Supervisor to guide and support agents on-site in Warsaw. If you thrive in dynamic environments and speak German and English fluently, we’d like to meet you!

Main tasks:

• Managing a team of agents.
• Monitoring and supporting agents in their daily work through meetings and coaching.
• Responsibility for realizing team's goals.
• Controlling and reporting team performance.
• Communication with the client.
• Working closely with Quality, Training and WFM team.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of German ( min. C1).
• Excellent command of English ( B2/C1).
• Ability to work full time from the office.
• Open and communicative mindset.
• Ability to provide feedbacks.
• Team and result orientation.
• Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
