Aion Bank is a fully regulated European bank and credit institution, combining Vodeno’s cutting-edge, private blockchain-based platform with its ECB banking license, strong balance sheet, and deep regulatory expertise. Our mission is to provide a comprehensive suite of embedded banking solutions, enabling businesses to seamlessly integrate financial services into their offerings.
As part of the UniCredit Group, Aion Bank and Vodeno will accelerate their digital banking offer in strategic markets and will act as a sandbox for innovation for the wider UniCredit Group. Aion Bank and Vodeno's existing Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) offering across key European markets, including Germany and Poland, will see the bank embed its services - ranging from account access and deposits to lending, payments and loyalty programs - directly into non-banking digital platforms, facilitating seamless customer experiences.

What you will be doing?
Proactively source and identify top talent using various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, etc.)
Engage with potential candidates through effective outreach and build long-term talent pipelines
Qualify candidates and collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to match talent with current and future hiring needs
Ensure a positive candidate experience from the first touchpoint by providing timely and professional communication
Keep our applicant tracking system (ATS) updated with accurate candidate information and status
Collaborate closely with the broader Talent Acquisition and HR teams to support smooth recruitment and onboarding processes
Contribute to sourcing strategies and team initiatives to continuously improve our approach
Skills you should have
2+ years of experience in a Talent Sourcer or similar sourcing-focused recruitment role
Solid experience using sourcing tools and techniques, including Boolean search, social media sourcing, and talent mapping
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM platforms
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a candidate-first mindset
Proactive, self-driven, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluency in both Polish and English is a must
Experience in banking or IT would be a plus
