Have you ever done laundry at work?

No? Strange...with us it's normal 😊

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/ RTV equipment/ IT equipment, and we have so much equipment in the office that you will almost feel at home.

Tasks:

- Provide technical support to equipment users.

- Diagnose and resolve technical problems.

- Providing information on products and their functionality.

- Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements:

- Very good command of German,

- Good command of English,

- Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).

- Communicativeness,  willingness to learn.

- Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.

- Availability for a minimum of 120 hrs per month.

We recruit remotely! Learn about the stages of recruitment:

1. Screening - initial telephone interview.

2. Language test.

3. Teams interview with English language verification.

4. Information for you on our decision.

What we offer:

- Civil contract with a rate of PLN 50,00 gross/hour.

-We will support your relocation to Poland (Warsaw). Depending on your needs, we offer accommodation for the first month or a relocation bonus of PLN 4000 gross.

​- The possibility of switching to remote work after 3 months, if you gain independence, good performance, and obtain the manager's permission.

- The possibility of arranging a convenient collaborating schedule; the project works on Monday-Friday 9:00 - 18:00, and Saturday 10:00 - 16:00.
