🔥 Gleem AI is looking for a Marketing Manager (Growth & Content)

We're looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Lead to manage our marketing team and increase in-app sales.

This is a leadership role for someone who loves to be in the mix. You will be responsible for everything from high-level strategy to the hands-on execution of content and campaigns. You'll keep our brand on the cutting edge by identifying and capitalizing on emerging trends, collaborating with the content team to launch winning campaigns, and optimizing our sales funnel from the first impression to the final subscription.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a small team focused on Social Media, Meta Ads, ASO, and SEO.

  • Develop content and marketing strategies to boost engagement, conversions, and sales.

  • Create and manage effective sales funnels, from initial ad/content to subscription.

  • Identify and quickly act on social media trends.

  • Analyze content performance metrics and iterate based on data-driven insights.

  • Coordinate all marketing functions to work toward the common goal of increasing app sales.

You are someone who:

  • Can think strategically but also rolls up their sleeves to do the work.

  • Brings a team together to focus on shared goals.

  • Is creative and comfortable testing new ideas.

  • Understands what drives people to make a purchase.

  • Knows how users behave in the consumer tech space.

  • Adapts easily to a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a true hands-on leader who can both plan and execute. You are a hands-on leader who can guide a team while also being able to perform the marketing tasks yourself.

Must-haves:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience.

  • Direct experience managing a team or leading marketing projects with multiple contributors.

  • A track record of increasing sales or user acquisition for a mobile app or a direct-to-consumer digital product.

  • Hands-on experience creating and managing paid ad campaigns, particularly on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

  • Demonstrable success in developing and executing a content strategy that led to measurable growth in engagement and conversions.

  • Deep understanding of the entire marketing funnel, from awareness (organic content, paid ads) to conversion (app install, trial, subscription).

  • The ability to analyze performance data and user behavior to make strategic adjustments.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
