Which tasks can you expect?

• Management, coaching, supervision and disciplinary leadership of the team
• Setting team targets, key performance indicators, development plans
• Proactive management of capacities in the team and customer management
• Monitoring of work processes
• Ensuring the provision of services
• Implementation of process optimizations
• Support with contract negotiations
• Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and legal regulations
• Collaboration with internal and external auditors
• Generating additional business with a focus on recurring revenue and ongoing costs

What do you have to offer?

• Demonstrated experience in payroll management, including payroll and compliance.
• Strong understanding of federal and state payroll regulations and tax laws.
• Proficiency with SAP PA and PY
• Fluent German and English skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in Agile and/or Lean methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications, such as Certified Payroll Professional, preferred).
