Why We’re Hiring

Word of mouth has fueled our growth so far — but growth execution and distribution can take us 10x further. We’re looking for someone who lives and breathes growth — from influencer campaigns to conversion funnel optimisation — and can turn product usage into both awareness and revenue growth. You’ll also lead high-velocity experiments, scale acquisition channels, and help us shape the next stage of UX Pilot’s growth engine.

What You’ll Do

  • Work on  the full B2B SaaS growth funnel: acquisition → activation → retention → expansion

  • Build and optimize multi-channel acquisition campaigns across paid search, LinkedIn, YouTube, and influencer channels, or anything you can think of

  • Fail fast and experiment with 6-figure monthly budget

  • Work with product to optimise onboarding flows and reduce time-to-value

  • Partner with sales customer success to identify expansion opportunities and upsell within existing accounts

  • Build the analytics framework to track, measure, and iterate on growth initiatives

  • Own review platforms — keep G2 and Capterra storefronts fresh, run quarterly review drives, and secure “High Performer” badges

You Have

  • 4–6+ years in B2B SaaS growth, performance marketing, or demand generation

  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, YouTube) with strong ROI

  • Deep understanding of conversion funnels, SaaS onboarding, and lifecycle campaigns

  • Experience with influencer and partnership marketing in a niche/professional space

  • Analytical mindset — comfortable running A/B tests and building dashboards

  • Self-starter energy — you can go from idea → test → result fast

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in AI, UX, product design, or usability testing tools

  • Background in agency or fast growing startups

  • Experience scaling product-led growth loops

  • Experience running G2, Product Hunt, or Capterra campaigns
