A part of Pacific Century Group, bolttech serves customers in multiple markets across North America, Asia and Europe.

In this position you will…

  • Support the development of partnerships with insurance and reinsurance companies across Europe.

  • Assist in designing and implementing embedded financial products for B2C partners.

  • Collaborate with sales and client success teams to achieve growth objectives.

  • Maintain relationships with carrier partners and support their onboarding and product integration.

  • Contribute to risk analysis and basic underwriting tasks, particularly in auto liability and damage.

  • Help create new offerings using bolttech’s global capabilities and partner network.

You will be responsible for…

  • Understanding how embedded insurance products can support client’s business goals.

  • Supporting the structuring and delivery of partnership and affinity products.

  • Participating in the development of insurance solutions with a focus on customer needs and innovation.

  • Gathering and analyzing client needs and translating them into actionable solutions.

  • Representing bolttech at industry events and supporting brand visibility.

You will require the following qualifications and skills

  • Over 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry (e.g., underwriting, product development, or sales).

  • Familiarity with the European insurance / device protection market (liability and claims).

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level).

  • Interest in new technologies and emerging business models.

  • Experience with embedded insurance or digital distribution models.

  • Basic understanding of reinsurance or capital markets solutions.
