Trainee in IT Global Contracts

Your responsibilities:

• support with administrative task within the IT related team,
• contact with the business to collect data for registration,
• registration of completed IT Contracts in database,
• gathering data for internal software license compliance,
• collecting data for inhouse software audit analysis,
• validating data.

Our requirements:

• availability 30-40 hours per week,
• very good knowledge of English both written and spoken,
• good knowledge of MS Office package (especially MS Excel),
• interest of software management and different software license types,
• general knowledge in the area of IT terminology,
• communication and interpersonal skills,
• accuracy,
• ability to think analytically,
• ability to work in a team.
