As a Financial Expert, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our accounting operations - managing the migration of processes to the Competence Center Accounting (CCA), coordinating stakeholders and ensuring smooth delivery through planning, execution, and continuous improvement.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

·        Manage transition projects for accounting processes in line with VW migration standards

·        Review and adapt migration methodology to meet business needs

·        Plan and monitor transition activities including risk, resource, and reporting management

·        Create and maintain documentation supporting project and process delivery

·        Provide data for recruitment and support training and knowledge transfer

·        Report on project progress, risks, and budget

·        Build strong relationships with stakeholders across departments

·        Promote continuous improvement in transitioned processes

YOUR PROFILE:

·        University degree (Master in Finance)

·        Fluent in English and German (min. B2-C1)

·        Experience in SSC and transition projects

·        Experience in international consulting companies

·        Strong project management skills in international environments

·        Experience in accounting department and understanding of financial and accounting processes

·        Strong computer and analytical skills (MS O365, Excel, Power Point)

·        SAP / S4Hana and other accounting system skills

·        High integrity, motivation and stakeholder engagement skills

·        Customer service orientation

·        Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities

·        Proactive mindset and multitasking skills

·        Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

·        Willingness to travel
