To support our rapid growth, we’re strengthening our existing Operations & HR team and looking for someone who will help keep our back office, documents, HR processes, and day-to-day operations running smoothly — and with a smile!

You’ll be joining a committed, global team that moves fast, acts boldly, and works with a clear mission: to help patients — before they even see a doctor.

💡 Your Role:

You'll be the one making sure the day-to-day flows — from documents, HR support, to working with our international teams.

This isn’t your typical admin job — it’s the heartbeat of our operations!

You’ll take care of:

• Managing document flow — efficiently, digitally, and without chaos.
• Supporting HR: onboarding, employee files, payroll data prep.
• Planning business trips — bookings, logistics, expense tracking.
• Assisting finance — invoices, benefits, reports.
• Managing HR systems — we’re digital-first and love automation.
• Ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
• Supporting training & health/safety processes — catalogs, registers, documentation.
• Communicating with our offices outside Poland.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For:

• 1+ year of experience in administration or HR.
• Independent, proactive, and hands-on.
• University degree (or currently studying).
• Familiar with labor law and HR basics will be +
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable.
• English B2+ — we use it daily.
• Bonus: you enjoy streamlining processes and finding smart solutions.
