Role Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist Location: Warsaw / hybrid / remote Contract Type: B2B, 12 months (possibility of conversion to perm after)

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor to join the regional TA team and help deliver high-quality recruitment support across Central and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strong pipelines of talent, and advising hiring managers on market insights and sourcing strategies.

This role is ideal for someone with both agency and in-house recruitment experience, who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on delivery to attract and secure top talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a primary point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, and external partners throughout the recruitment lifecycle

  • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, advertisements, and tailored sourcing strategies

  • Source, approach, and screen candidates via LinkedIn and other channels to build strong talent pipelines

  • Manage role postings across careers sites, job boards, and social platforms

  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate the full selection process

  • Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM to ensure data integrity

  • Manage agency relationships, ensuring agreed KPIs are met for quality, time, and cost of delivery

  • Provide regular market insights to stakeholders and recommend improvements to sourcing approaches

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (agency and/or in-house)

  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills

  • Experience designing and executing direct sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill roles

  • Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills to track recruitment performance metrics

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting agreed SLAs for time-to-hire and quality of hire

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain productive relationships across functions and geographies

  • Resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused, with a proactive “can-do” approach
