We're looking for a diligent and meticulous student to join our Global Learning Hub team. If you're seeking flexible work on a contract basis that will allow you to gain valuable experience in a company operating across 23 EU countries, then this opportunity is for you!

As a Working Student in Learning & Development, you will play a key role in supporting our global rollout of the GoodHabitz platform. Your addition focus will be on data clean-up harmonization, LMS configuration, and ensuring seamless access to learning content across all regions.

Key Responsibilities

•                     Clean and structure employee learning data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.

•                     Supporting the verification and correction of data on our e-learning platform.

•                     Publishing and updating training content for employees.

•                     Support the integration and configuration of the GoodHabitz library within our LMS.

•                     Collaborate with local HR teams in 23 countries to validate user data and access rights.

•                     Assist in testing and troubleshooting LMS access and content visibility.

•                     Document processes and create user-friendly guides for internal stakeholders.

Your Profile

•                     Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or master’s program (preferably in HR, Business, or related fields).

•                     Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data handling.

•                     Comfortable working with Excel, LMS platforms, and digital tools.

•                     Fluent in English (B2), Polish(C1); additional languages are a plus.

•                     Proactive, communicative, and eager to work in a multicultural environment.
