Opis stanowiska

We are looking for an experienced HR Administrator to support our Polish offices.

Responsibilities:

• Support the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all necessary documentation and HRIS updates are completed

• Prepare and issue B2B contracts, contracts extensions, annexes, termination letters, mutual agreements

• Support necessary updates in HRIS (time-off tracking etc.)

• Background checks for newcomers

• Implement necessary updates in HR policies and procedures

• Serve as a point of contact regarding HR-related matters

• Analyze HR data to identify trends, and changes in the HR-related legal environment, and make recommendations for improvements

• Collaborate with other departments

• Promote a positive environment within the organization

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations

• Solid experience in support of cooperation with B2B contractors

• In-depth knowledge of labor law

• Fluent English

• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

• Sense of responsibility, punctuality, and meticulousness

• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through as well as team-work

• Knowledge of the Office package
