Your Tasks

Strategy

• Member of BSS Poland Management Team to develop of the BSS Poland company Strategy; Member of BSS Global Finance Lead team to develop and implement the BSS Finance Strategy in BSS Poland.

Business Partnering

• Driving the overall success and strategic orientation of BSS Poland as BSS Poland management, team member, role modeling of BSS Poland value and behavior and with the help of a distinctive finance knowledge and experience,

• Providing timely, accurate and robust financial support to the BSS Poland management team, members, developing, and delivering BSS Poland long-, medium- and short-term business goals locally,

• Driving cost transparency and efficiency for all services lines in BSS Poland through continuous review and evaluation of business performance, identifying and mitigating risks, reviewing potential  opportunities based on a thorough understanding of the cost components and via regular communication with stakeholders,

• Active supporting/ driving the integration of new service lines into BSS Poland and ensuring the successful implementation of business case.

Planning and Forecasting

• Leading and monitoring BSS Poland business and scenario planning as well as the financial forecasting process both with BSS Poland internal functions and with all BSS Poland service recipients from a finance perspective including the critical evaluation of proposed strategies and plans to set challenging but realistic targets within the framework of the group strategy.

Billing and Charging

• Leading BSS Poland products, projects, and services cost calculation process with the input of BSS internal functions and communicating and aligning the yearly SLA with all the recipients,

• Calculating, charging, and communicating the actual cost of BSS Poland services to all the recipients based on pre-defined charging methodology in a monthly basis,

• Treasury, Tax, Risk Management and Compliance Management,

• Active management of cash flow and working capital,

• Responsible for the local cash and FX management,

• Working closely with global/local Tax team to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, especially transfer price regulations when setting and charging BSS services,

• Ensuring compliance with external legislation, group policies and relevant controls (RCM) to satisfy both local and group policies and rules for BSS Poland,

• Key contact with external auditors to ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial statements in accordance with the relevant accounting and tax literature,

• Acting as local Compliance Manager to ensure the implementation of the compliance management system in BSS Poland to meet Beiersdorf compliance requirement, Finance Policy, Processes, and Systems,

• Driving Corporate Governance and Finance Policy within BSS Poland. Establish, implement appropriate procedures and internal controls to meet internal policies and external legislations,

• Driving continuous optimization and standardization of finance related processes and the use of modern ways of working including advancements in technology to ensure reliable, effective, and efficient finance work.

Leadership

• Organizing and managing BSS Poland finance team, Defining and managing team performance by target setting & monitoring, including the definition of corrective actions when and where needed,

• Building, coaching, and leading a high performing team and driving the development and the growth path of the team to ensure a sustainable finance talent pipeline.

Your Profile

• University degree, preferably in Economics or Business Administration,

• 3-5 years of experience in a finance or controlling managerial role,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,

• Strong communication skills across different hierarchies and functions,

• Proactive and collaborative working style, able to influence and steer cross-functional teams,

• Good business sense and understanding,

• Fluency in written and spoken English,

• Very good Excel, B.one, Power BI and Power Point knowledge
