Altimi is a technology acceleration partner with impressive experience spanning over 20 years, specializing in the successful delivery of software development projects for international customers. We are based in Poland. Our main area of operation is the DACH region and Scandinavia, where we are known for providing top-notch software development services.

Our primary focus are managed services for companies seeking to accelerate growth, solve complex tech problems, build MVP/POC and/or modify legacy infrastructures.

The main area of competence include Product & Application Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Security & Managed Services and AI & Data Enablement.

As part of optimizing our recruitment operations, we are looking for a consultant to support us in replacing our current ATS with a solution better suited to our needs. We are open to exploring both ATS platforms and alternative recruitment tools.

What we’re looking for:

A professional who:

• Has hands-on experience with various ATS platforms and recruitment tools (e.g. TRAFFIT, HRappka, Recruitee, eRecruiter etc.),

• Has advised on the implementation or replacement of recruitment systems,

• Understands the dynamics of recruitment in a technology-driven environment,

• Can conduct a needs analysis, recommend suitable solutions, and support the selection and implementation process,

• Is available for freelance or short-term project-based collaboration.

Scope of work:

• Audit of the current ATS and recruitment processes,

• Recommendation of new tools (ATS or alternatives),

• Support in selection and implementation,

• Optional training for the recruitment team.
