Your mission, if you choose to accept it, will be:

• Distribute assignments to the team, depending on their availability and priorities

• Create detailed schedules and set deadlines for various stages of projects

• Work with Client Service and Heads of Competency to identify productivity improvements in workflows

• Meet with Client Units to learn more about new project details and provide progress updates on existing projects, communicating any issues

What you’ll need to succeed:

• Great organizational and project management skills

• Excellent communication, diplomatic and influencing skills, assertiveness

• Strong analytical, planning skills with an ability to manage competing demands

• Fluency in English and Polish (both written and spoken)

• Knowledge of MS Office package

• Desired:

• Experience as a Traffic or Project/Account executive in a digital agency or/and in international environment

• Knowledge of Asana, Float, Jira

• Experience in working with international clients
