🗣 German-speaking ​Contact Center Advisor - 24/7

We are looking for committed, communicative, and organized individuals to fill the role of Customer Service Specialists at a leading provider of innovative payment solutions and financial services.

With a commitment to excellence and a passion for innovation, we empower businesses and consumers alike to thrive in an increasingly digital world.

Your tasks:

  • Contact with customers/banks mainly by telephone.

  • Topics: cards and card-related services, e.g.: card blocking, contacting customers to block/unblock cards in case of fraud, transaction information, card statements.

  • Solve problems, follow company rules, and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Work with teams and partners to ensure smooth processes

🎯 Our requirements:

  • Excellent command of German language (C1/C2).

  • Good command of English language (B2).

  • Experience in customer service- even the shortest experience guarantees that you know what working with clients looks like in practice.

  • Proactivity and the ability to organize your work environment.

  • Willingness to work hybrid from Kraków office (1/week) We are also open to negotiating remote work options (Poland).

  • Readiness for an equivalent working time system. Our team will work 24/7, with shift hours depending on the employer's needs. At the moment and soon, these will be between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. Shifts are usually 8 hours long. In the future, there may also be evening/night shifts, but at the moment, this part of the shift is already covered by currently employed staff.

💰 We offer:

  • Employment contract, with salary: 7000-9500​ PLN gross/month: base 5500-8000 PLN gross + language bonus 1500 PLN gross + additionally, a performance-based bonus (up to a maximum of 12% of the base salary per month).
