RTR Team Leader

Location: Gdańsk

Project information:

• Branch: Accountancy
• Location: Gdańsk; hybrid work model
• Type of employment: contract of employment
• Salary range: 13000 - 16000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating moth-end closings
• Ensuring correctness and complaince with accounting standards and company's policies
• Maitaining strong relationships with stakeholders
• Cooperating with Business Units and other financial departments
• Participating in audits and internal control processes
• Supervising team members - managing workload, reviewing monthly performance metrics, coaching and providing support in more complex issues

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of professional experience accountancy
• Great understanding of RTR/GL processes in SSC environment
• Experience in team management
• English (B2/C1)
• Good command of Excel and SAP
• Strong communication skills, accuracy and attention to details
