Event Executive

We're looking for a dynamic and commercially-minded Event Executive to help us deliver high-impact CFO-focused events and support the commercial success of these initiatives. This is a hands-on role that blends event coordination with proactive sales and stakeholder outreach.

You'll take ownership of event logistics, marketing materials, and delegate engagement, while also playing a key role in identifying and securing participation from BPO providers, solution partners, and senior finance executives.

This is a remote position based in Poland, offering you the opportunity to work closely with international teams and senior stakeholders from global brands.

Project information:

  • Location: 100% remote

  • Languages: English

  • Type of employment: contract of employment or B2B

  • Remuneration: 7500 - 9000 PLN gross

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute high-quality CFO-focused events (virtual and in-person)

  • Manage event logistics, timelines and stakeholder communication

  • Identify and invite CFOs and senior finance leaders to participate in events

  • Support outreach to BPO providers and solution partners for event sponsorship and collaboration

  • Conduct email, LinkedIn and phone outreach to secure delegate and sponsor attendance

  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) for smooth event execution

  • Maintain and update CRM records accurately for delegates and sponsors

  • Conduct post-event follow-ups, collect feedback and analyse engagement data to inform future improvements

Requirements:

  • Experience in event coordination and B2B sales (commercial sales experience highly valued)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Confident in engaging with senior-level stakeholders (e.g., CFOs, sales leads, solution partners)

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented

  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

  • Experience using CRM tools and managing sales pipelines

  • Familiarity with the BPO, finance, or professional services sector is an advantage
