For our client – an international company in the renewable energy sector – we are currently seeking an Electrotechnical Support Specialist with fluency in German (C1) and English (B2). This is a great opportunity for individuals with technical education or hands-on experience in electrotechnics, looking to grow in a stable and globally recognized organization.

Electrotechnical Support Specialist with German

Responsibilities:

• Deliver post-sales technical support for the service line, primarily assisting electricians installing photovoltaic (PV) systems and other PV professionals.
• Provide technical assistance for various products and customer segments.
• Solve over 90% of service requests independently, without the need for further escalation.
• Use troubleshooting guides and technical knowledge to determine the right solution or escalation path.
• Perform additional tasks as needed or assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education in electrotechnics or prior experience as an electrician.
• Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) – both spoken and written.
• Previous experience in customer support is a strong asset.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
