xBerry – we are an R&D House gaining experience in delivering custom solutions for international clients since 2016. We provide extensive expertise in embedded systems, machine learning, AR/VR technology, and image processing.

We're currently looking for an IT Project Manager who will take full ownership of project delivery while actively contributing to the growth and culture of our company.

Responsibilities:

• Manage IT projects end-to-end across all areas: scope, time, budget, risk, communication, stakeholders, and quality

• Work according to established software development processes

• Identify and mitigate business risks

• Lead and support project teams

• Act as the single point of contact for all matters related to the project

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of xBerry

• Participate in recruitment processes and team expansion

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT

• Proven track record of leading project teams and delivering successful IT solutions

• Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving

• Excellent organizational skills

• Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for getting things done

• Fluent English and Polish communication skills

• Open-mindedness and willingness to tackle new challenges

• A true team player with a “can-do” attitude

• And of course… a good sense of humor 😉
