As an IT Talent Sourcer, you will be a part of our Recruitment Department, which is constantly looking for top talents to hire in ITDS. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain competencies and valuable experience in recruitment in the Fast-growing company of the Financial Times 1000 in Europe 24′.

Your main responsibilities:

• Sourcing the best IT Talents using various sourcing techniques (including Boolean search) to identify qualified candidate profiles
• Acting as the first point of contact for candidates, ensuring effective engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Preparing candidates’ portfolios and supporting recruiters in providing resources and recommendations for effective candidate searches
• Developing talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Maintaining the candidate database and communicating with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
• Staying up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends, tools, and strategies

You’re ideal for this role if you have:

• At least 6 months of experience in IT recruitment, showcasing your understanding of the industry.
• Proficiency in Polish and a solid command of English (minimum B2 level).
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively.
• A positive mindset, ambition, and eagerness to collaborate with a top-performing Recruitment Team!
