Your responsibilities

1. Become a Hero for Entertainment Lovers: Provide essential support via phone, email, or chat, ensuring users have the best experience.
2. Tech-Savvy Superhero: Offer technical assistance to streaming enthusiasts, making sure they never miss a moment.
3. Empathetic Professional: Resolve customer complaints with a smile, fostering satisfaction and trust.
4. Frontline Support for All: Assist both B2B and B2C clients as the first point of contact.
5. Salary: Swedish & Norwegian 10 000 PLN Gross, Danish 11 000 PLN Gross
6. Swedish Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00, (Sat-Sun) 10:00-20:00
7. Norwegian Mon-Fri 8:00-20:00, (Sat-Sun) 10:00-18:00
8. Danish Mon-Fri 9:00-19:00, (Sat-Sun) 10:00-16:00

Our requirements

1. Team Player with a Sense of Humor: Collaborate effectively with a passion for technology and creativity.
2. Customer-Centric Mindset: Prioritize the customer experience in every interaction.
3. Language Maestro: Fluent in Danish, Swedish or Norwegian (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
4. Administrative & Tech Proficiency: Possess strong administrative and technical skills.
