We are now looking for a Total Rewards Manager to design and lead a comprehensive rewards strategy that supports XTB’s dynamic culture and business expansion. This role combines strategic ownership of total rewards with hands-on execution of processes that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across all our markets.
You will partner closely with senior leadership, HR, Finance, and business teams to ensure our rewards programs are competitive, data-driven, and aligned with XTB’s high-performance culture. Job description
What you'll be doing
Designing and managing total rewards frameworks covering compensation, benefits, and incentive programs across all XTB locations,
Building and maintaining market-aligned salary structures while ensuring internal fairness and transparency,
Leading annual salary review and bonus cycles with a strong link to performance outcomes and business results,
Creating and optimising performance-driven bonus programs to reinforce our culture of excellence,
Acting as a strategic advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners on all compensation-related topics,
Delivering data-driven insights and reports to support leadership decisions and enhance pay transparency,
Partnering with Talent Acquisition to ensure competitive and consistent offers in all markets where XTB operates,
Overseeing benefits programs and aligning them with employee needs and company strategy,
Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards in all operating regions,
Preparing materials and recommendations for senior stakeholders, including governance forums when required.
What you'll need
5+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, or benefits roles, ideally in a global, high-growth, or fintech environment,
Strong expertise in compensation design, salary benchmarking, and variable pay management,
Proven experience managing job leveling frameworks and global salary reviews,
Solid knowledge of C&B tools and systems (experience with Mercer, Korn Ferry, Radford McLagan, etc., would be a strong asset),
Advanced analytical and modelling skills (Excel/Google Sheets),
Ability to balance strategy and execution, work independently, and drive alignment across stakeholders,
Strong communication skills and comfort in working with senior leadership.
Nice to have
Experience integrating benefits into a holistic total rewards approach,
Knowledge of compensation compliance in multiple international markets,
Familiarity with HR technology platforms and data-driven performance models.
