Hi!

We support customers of one of the largest manufacturers of home appliances/RTV equipment.

We are growin g and looking for consultants who are enthusiastic and committed to serving customers.

Tasks: 📌

• Provide technical support to equipment users.
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Providing information on products and their functionality.
• Entering requests into the system.

Our requirements: 💎

• ​Fluency in Bosnian, Croatian or Serbian (B2/C1).
• Excellent command of English (A2/B1).
• Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (i.e. refrigerator, washing machine, TV).
• Communicativeness, willingness to learn.
• Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard.
• Availability for at least 120 hrs per month; Project hour s: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00.
